Collingwood Football Club Visit

On Thursday the 24th of February 2022, the senior classes of Good Shepherd Parish School got an opportunity to have an online conference with four Collingwood Football Club players. We were lucky enough to meet Trent Bianco, Fin Macrae, Jack Crisp and Mason Cox.

The Grade 5’s and 6’s were able to ask plenty of questions such as, ‘What was the hardest team they had played against?’ and ‘What do you eat as a professional footballer?’. After we asked questions, the host started a quiz that she had created for the Grade 5’s and 6’s to test their knowledge on what they know about the Collingwood Football team.

Overall, the experience of getting to know the four Collingwood players was very interesting and exciting. Even though it was online it was still great fun to learn about the team.
