Final Call – Great Victorian Bike Ride 2019

This is it; the final call for registrations in the 2019 Great Victorian Bike Ride (GVBR). If you would like to participate in the event, please contact Sarah Keating via email: keating.sarah.k@edumail.vic.gov.au

The Great Victorian Bike Ride is considered Australia’s biggest and most iconic riding experience and it’s on again for 2019! This event is an opportunity for participants to work together as part of the Beaumaris Secondary College GVBR Team and be taken outside their comfort zone to demonstrate their determination and persistence, as they are tested both mentally and physically. This rolling bike festival pedals to a new town each day, setting up camp where riders can soak up an incredible atmosphere.

Beaumaris Secondary College is participating in the 5-day event, travelling through some of the most picturesque pockets of Victoria from Port Fairy to Torquay, covering approximately 305km from Wednesday, November 27 until Sunday, December 1.

Please be advised that the last day to make the $200 deposit payment is Friday, July 26.
