Uniform Shop Closed for Next 2 Weeks

The uniform shop will reopen on Tuesday 15th May.

Mother's Day Stall

Thank you to those parents who have offered their assistance with the stall next Thursday. If you would still like to help please feel free to register your time on the School Stream P&F page. 

Parents are asked to send the child's money in an envelope with their name and the amount on it for LC1 & 3 students.  Teachers will collect the money at home group time and reissue it to the children for shopping so that money is not lost or misplaced.

Looking ahead - parent help is also being sought for Subway collation and the Pizza Day - this can also be register on the school stream page.

Out Door Education Program for Years 4/5

Last Thursday saw all Year 4/5 students attend YMCA Anglesea for an action packed day of activities.  Bike riding, hut building after being ship wrecked, climbing wall, orienteering, camp search and not to forget playing Ga Ga. And that was just before lunch! After lunch we walked what seemed like for hours to the beach and played a round robin of beach activities where points were awarded for each team. Overall winners were the Green Team with Janeen. We look forward to our second day of activities next month.

Werribee District Cross Country

This Tuesday saw OLSC send a team of 53 students to President's Park to compete over a 3km course. It was a fantastic day which saw OLSC finish 4th overall on 256 points based on the places gained by our runners.  Next year we shall set out sights on the top three.

Congratulations to the following students who will now represent OLSC in the Western Division Cross Country round on Wednesday, 30th May: Summer H, Eden KC,  Aluat P, Honor B, Nikki BM, Ethan A, Tyla H, Jake B, Ater M, Maya S, Reikken B, Ramsay K. More details will be sent home with these students next week.

CAMPS SPORTS EXCURSION FUND (CSEF) 2018

Applications for the 2018 Camps Sports Excursion Fund are now open.  If you hold a current Health Care Card and believe you are entitled to receive this assistance, please provide the office with a copy of your Health Care Card and complete an Application Form.  All applications must be submitted prior to 29 June 2018.
