Staff Profiles

Tom

Hello Everyone,

My name is Tom and I am very excited to be joining the staff at Epping Views as the new IT technician.

Prior to starting at EVPS I have worked as an Audio Visual technician for both theatre and other events and festivals specialising in lighting design, whilst also working in other Prep – year 12 schools in their Audio Visual and IT teams.

These days when not working on events I am in my third year of a Bachelor of Education and well on my way to becoming a teacher. When not working or studying you can usually find me walking through Plenty Gorge and exploring all the different tracks the park has to offer.

Con

I am Con Bouliopoulos (bully-o-pull-us). I have various roles across Epping Views Primary School, my most important one is being the Classroom Teacher of twenty-seven smart, funny, loud, cheeky, energetic, kind, caring and thoughtful students. My tenure at EVPS runs across three Richmond premierships (will be four next year, let's go!) and one by the Bulldogs, Cats, Eagles and somehow, Demons...

My biggest passion is food, I love to cook, and in turn, I love to eat - having the opportunity to do this with my family and friends, makes the experience of dining what I eagerly anticipate the most. My favourite meal would have to be slow cooked lamb - whether in a Souva wrap or on a plate with potatoes and veggies. Travelling is another passion, I have travelled to the United States & Japan on multiple occasions, they're my two favourite destinations. One highlight is visiting famous landmarks and breathtaking architecture across the world (Flatiron building in New York is my favourite and the infrastructure around it).

I'm always up for a good chat (especially if you want to talk about Pokemon cards), and I love having your trust and the privilege of teaching your children.
