Ms Brea Terris

Dear Families,

I think everyone is looking forward to some warmer weather after the cold weather this week. I hope all families enjoyed the longer weekend.

As you may have noticed the front of the school is still fenced off. This will continue to be fenced off for the next 6 weeks. I am in consultation with the Department around how they will treat and clean the site.

The site is safe to be on, but will need further works done to it.

We are asking families to still use the gate on Murlong Street and on Chapman Street to drop off and pick up students.

At the Chapman Street entrance please ask students to be mindful of the car park entrance as they come into school.  A staff member will be supervising this of a morning.

Mornings

Of a morning there are many students getting to school very early before staff are supervising the yard.

Yard supervision starts from 8.30am. Please ensure students aren't at school before 8.30am. If you need supervision earlier than this time, we recommend contacting St Mary's PS as they run the before school OSHC program.

Often students who arrive on the buses will get to school earlier than this time and we will supervise these children in the library before they can go outside. Thank you for your support and cooperation with this. It is to ensure all students are safe.

Sentral

Sentral is our main communication platform  with families. If you are not connected to the parent portal please contact the office.

This is important to ensure you are getting the most up to date information from the school. If your contact details have changed please contact Elisha or Rheannon in the office to update them.  These details are very important if we need to contact families in an emergency situation.
