From the Deputy Principal

Year 7-10 Interim Reports

Year 7 – 10 Interim Reports will be released through SEQTA Engage and Teach after 4:00pm on Wednesday 5 April. Booking details will also be released for Triangular Meetings which will be held on Wednesday 26 April from 9:00am to 4:00pm. Teachers will request meetings in these reports, though you may book a time if a request is not made. Parents/guardians and students are expected to attend these meetings, which will be held in the College Gymnasium.

Please note when booking be specific about a timeframe for availability as our Edval software program will work to organise meetings within that timeframe, though this is not guaranteed. For example, if you say you are available anytime between 9:00am and 4:00pm, it will spread out the meetings and you may have long gaps between meetings.  Boarding parents are encouraged to attend the meetings face to face if possible, though Zoom will be available to you. (Note this facility will not be available to day student parents.)  Students are to wear school uniform to these meetings – either summer, winter (with blazer) or sports uniform.

If you have any queries, please contact Liana Angove, Deputy Principal Teaching and Learning at angove.liana@mazenod.wa.edu.au or phone 9291 1416.

Important Reminder

Please note the formal start date for Term 2 for all students will be Thursday 27 April after the school holiday break as noted on the College calendar. Year 11 and 12 students who are involved in certificate courses are expected to attend TAFE to keep up attendance for these courses.
