Sporting Awards

Hello Edenhope College Community,  

 

For our 2021 school awards night, we are seeking nominations for sporting achievers at both a junior and senior level. Please read the descriptions below and be in contact with any individual you think would be a worthy recipient. 

 

Lil and Jim Greenhill Award 

Awarded to a primary school student who has achieved great success in their sport. They have competed at a high level for their age group, demonstrating exceptional sportsmanship on and off the sporting arena. With a dedicated and respectful attitude towards their training and matches, they have worked hard improve their own performance whilst encouraging those around them. These achievements can take place within school sport or amongst community, state or national sporting groups.  

 

Johnny Mullagh Award 

Awarded to a secondary school student who is a standout athlete in their sport. They have competed at a high level for their age group, demonstrating exceptional sportsmanship on and off the sporting arena. With a dedicated attitude towards their training and matches, they have worked hard improve their own performance to a highly competitive standard. Alongside their success they have maintained an encouraging and respectful to their teammates, coaches, officials and others involved. These achievements can take place within school sport or amongst community, state or national sporting groups.
