ANZAC DAY

By: Jaelyn Brand

Although we were not able to commemorate ANZAC Day at school in our usual remembrance ceremony due to the current Coronavirus pandemic, we felt that it is still important to recognise the sacrifice that the diggers in World War 1 made, as well as all soldiers since. On Friday the 24th of April, Mr Schier, Matt and myself met at the Beaufort Memorial to lay a wreath on behalf of Beaufort Secondary College to pay our respects and continue their legacy.
