Important Information from Sickbay 

Tarneit P-9 College endeavours to update student medical plans on a regular basis and it is noted that your child’s plan for their medical condition, is approaching its expiry date.  It is important to regularly review your child’s Action Plan with your doctor as your child’s medical condition may change over time.

Due to the current circumstances, we understand the difficulty that some parents/caregivers may have in obtaining new medical plans etc. If your doctor is happy for your child to continue with the existing plan, please send an email to tarneit.p9@education.vic.gov.au to confirm this and stating a date at which you will have this reviewed by your doctor.

If your child’s condition should change in the meantime and you obtain a new plan, please submit a copy to the school for recording purposes. 

Should your child be diagnosed as no longer having their medical condition, a letter from your Health Care Provider/Doctor is required to be submitted to the College stating so, allowing us to alter our records.
