Clubs & Activities

We are so excited to be back at school for 2021 so that we can start running all our amazing lunch time clubs and activities once again! It has been a busy and exciting start to the year rebooting our clubs which sadly couldn’t run last year. This year we once again have the following clubs up and running:

  • Chinese debating club (lead by Ms Lin)
  • Art club (lead by Ms Lockhart)
  • Chess club (lead by Mr Carr and Mr Harvey)
  • Anime club (lead by Ms Lee and Daniel Dawson)
  • Knitting club (lead by Ms McQueen)
  • DND club (lead by Joe Foley)
  • Book Club (lead by Ms Pearson)
  • Cards club (lead by Andrew Zhou)
  • Mustard club (lead by Scott Hansen and Hayden Taylor)

We also have a variety of new clubs that have started in the last few weeks. This includes:

  • Cultural studies club (lead by Aiden Wong and Oscar Davies)
  • Board games club (lead by year 11 leaders)
  • Kahoot club (lead by Adam Chidgey)
  • Dance Club (lead by Asmi Vyas)
  • Dodgeball (lead by year 11 leaders)
  • Badminton (lead by Kaitlyn Jacob)

Our clubs are much-loved by the passionate students who attend every week, but we were keen to advertise to the entire student body the many opportunities they have to try out new activities during lunchtimes. So in week 5 we put on a clubs and activities fair in the quad, where our teacher and student leaders set up a stall displaying their clubs. It was a huge success and we had an overwhelming amount of sign-ups to lots of different clubs. There are so many things to try so we hope to see lots of new faces at all of the clubs throughout the rest of the year!
