Production 2021 – She Stoops To Conquer 

After a year off in 2020 due to Covid, Box Hill students and teachers are thrilled to be rehearsing for our upcoming production of ‘She Stoops To Conquer’, a comedic play full of mistaken identities, family friction, jewel thefts and laughs along the way. 

Ms De Blasio and I are enjoying working with a dedicated cast of Years 7-12 students; they are full of suggestions, creative ideas and a true passion for the Arts community. Watching these students block scenes, flesh out their characters and develop their understanding of different theatrical styles is rewarding work and I look forward to seeing it all come together. 

Students have devoted two nights a week to rehearsals as well as committing to holidays, weekends and long days before our shows, occurring in Week 3 of Term 2 and we hope to see everyone there to support them and the Performing Arts program. 

Ticket information will be posted at the beginning of Term 2 so keep an eye out!
