R.E News - Alleluia Day

Term 1 was a very busy and interesting term as we have had to rearrange our whole school Liturgies and Masses due to Covid restrictions, hence the Church has been unavailable to us as a whole school.

We began the journey of Holy Week last term and as we know, this important story came to a climax on Easter Sunday when Jesus was resurrected and sent to us by God. This fulfilled God’s promise to His people, which was sending a Saviour to the world.

This Year the Year 5 Level will be presenting shortly a digital version celebrating ‘Alleluia Day’ where they will be sharing the special meaning of Easter.

This video link will be released to all classes and families this week or early next week.

We hope you all had a very peaceful, restful and safe holiday and a very happy and Holy Easter taking time to enjoy the company of your family and friends. We are very excited to have all families back at school this week and we look forward to Term 2 bringing us much happiness, a sense of gratitude, abundance of learning, hope, fulfillment and more.

God Bless

EASTER BLESSING

May God bless you, and keep you all year through.

May God give you all the faith it takes to make your dreams come true.

May His love and wisdom always help to guide you on your way.

May His light shine down upon you now to bless you each day.

May you and your family continue to be blessed as you celebrated the true meaning of Easter, from the reflection of Good Friday to the joy of Easter Sunday and the promise of eternal life.

May the blessings of the Lord guide you, protect you and be with you each day and always.

Easter brought fun,

Easter brought Happiness,

Easter brought God’s endless blessings,

Easter brought love and the freshness of spring.

May God continue to Bless you and your family!

Yours truly
