EACH Dental Health Program

Community Dental Services are available to all 0-12 year old and to eligible 13-17 year-old (must be a holder or dependant of a health care or pensioner concessioner card holder or in out-of-home care provided by Department of Human Services).  Once a child is registered with the service, they will be enrolled in our patient recall system.  This allows a letter of notification to be distributed at the appropriate intervals (between 12 and 24 months dependant on the determined level of dental disease risk).

Please note: The Child Dental Benefit Schedule (CDBS) is available to children who:

• Are aged between 2-17 years old on any day in the calendar year (i.e. 1 year old and 18 year old children are eligible if at any time they were/will be 2-17 years old during the calendar year); and
• Are eligible for Medicare, and
• Receive or is part of a family receiving a relevant Australian government payment
