Library News

Dear Families, 

We have recently sought information in regards to COVID-19 and library borrowing procedures from the Australian School Library Association (ASLA). 

Our current focus is on getting all library books that have been borrowed out to students back to the library to be quarantined and sanitised. Thank you to all the Prep - Year 2 students who have returned any library books they had at home back to school over the past two weeks. We ask that Years 3 - 6 student  bring in their current loans next week so that they can be quarantined and sanitised.  No students will be borrowing books next week. 

At this stage, we are hopeful that the borrowing process will begin again in Week 10, but our current thinking is that students will only be allowed to borrow 1 book each week so that we can adhere to the ASLA guidelines. 

We will keep you informed of any further updates in regards to the library and borrowing.
