Principal Post

Dear Families

Welcome to Winter!! The wintry blast across the last few days  certainly has reminded us that we are entering the colder season!

Our Prep -2 and the Year 3-6 students who are back at school have settled in very well. Of course there may be a few students who  are a little anxious but overall our students are doing remarkably well. We are back into the swing of learning immersing our students in the ever important Literacy and Numeracy lessons.

A reminder that if you have concerns please contact your child's teacher.

Tuesday 9th June -

Year 3-6 Students return

After the long weekend, we will welcome back the Year 3-6 students to school. I am sure all these students are counting down the days!! It  will be an exciting time seeing and being with their friends and teachers.  The students will engage in class learning.

Hygiene

Be assured we will continue to have a strong focus on hygiene and students are well aware of the importance of regularly washing and sanitising  hands.

The School Cleaner has been engaged to carry out extra cleaning  both in and outside the school.

PLEASE NOTE: If your child is unwell in anyway, they must stay at home.

Student Absences

Please ensure you contact the office no later than 9.30am to let the school know.

You can also leave a voice by pressing 1 and leaving your child's name, class and reason.

Return of Devices

If any students from P-6 borrowed a device

( iPad or Laptop) from school these need to be returned as soon as possible. Please ensure borrowed chargers are also returned. Your child will need to give the device and charger to their classroom teacher.

Financial Commitments- School Fees and Charges

Once again I remind families that should you be experiencing  any Financial hardship in relation to the payment of school fees/ levies,  it is crucial that you let us know your circumstance,  so we can discuss  and plan a manageable way forward. These discussions/ meetings are confidential. As always the school  wishes to be  supportive of genuine financial hardship.
