Careers News

Looking forward to seeing you

It’s great to be back in the office this week!  I am looking forward to seeing students face to face more often – from a safe social distance, of course.  We need to reduce ‘walk-ins’ to offices, so please ensure that you make an appointment via MyNHS if you need to have a chat.  Parents can join virtually via Webex as required.

Year 9 Morrisby interviews update

We have been working frantically with CEAV to try to set up individual Webex interviews to unpack and explore Morrisby reports.  Unfortunately we have not been able to schedule these in the foreseeable future. In an effort to ensure that students have access to their report before subject selection begins next term, we are working on some online instructions for students and families.  Once this has been finalised a communication with all details will be sent out via a Compass communication and the reports will be ‘unlocked’.  Thanks to students and parents for your patience and understanding.

Final late application opportunity for UCAT

UCAT has confirmed testing will take place in July. Testing centres have adapted workstations for social distancing, and tests will go ahead in July 2020.  The organisers of UCAT have announced a final registration opportunity.  Students who missed out on registering in time have from 22 May until 1 June 2020 to register.  There will be a $75 late fee applied to this late booking period and will be non-refundable.

Register at UCAT (University Clinical Aptitude Test).
