Welcome to Food Technology
To start the year off our Food Technology students have been focusing on Safety and Hygiene, Knife skills, Measurement and Sustainability. So far, we have made Tropical Smoothies, Lemon Cheesecake Cups and Bread Wraps. Here are a few pictures from our most recent Junior Food Elective classes.
Our VCE class has started the year making Beef Bibimbap and Cloud Eggs as they learn about high-risk foods and microorganisms that cause food poisoning. Have a look at their work below.
