AIP 2022

In Term 4 2021, the leadership team met to complete our monitoring of the 2021 AIP and develop our draft Annual Implementation Plan for 2022. Despite the disruption in 2021 due to lockdowns, we are very pleased with the performance and impact of the whole school effort last year.

For 2022, DET have again mandated a AIP priority goal with two key improvement strategies focused around Learning and Wellbeing. The leadership team have aligned these key improvement strategies with those in our SSP and FISO 2.0 five core elements and 10 dimensions. The 2022 AIP will be presented at our AGM next year for ratification before final approval from our Senior Education Improvement Leader.

SSP 2020-2024

In addition or replacement of our SSP Goals 2020-2024, DET have mandated a 2022 AIP priority goal with two key improvement strategies focused around Learning and Wellbeing:

  1. Learning - Support both those who need extra support and those who have thrived to continue to extend their learning, especially in numeracy
  2. Wellbeing - Effectively mobilise available resources to support students' wellbeing and mental health, especially the most vulnerable
