FREE FILM SCREENING | SOCIAL ACTIVISM, ADVOCACY, CONTEMPORARY SOCIAL ISSUES & THE RIGHT TO FULL CITIZENSHIP

Stonnington Youth Services has created an event to share their passion for social advocacy with their peers.

‘Defiant Lives’ tells the story of the rise and triumph of the disability rights movement and introduces the most impressive activists you’ve never heard of. Join us for a free screening followed by Q&A with local director and parent, Sarah Barton.

Students looking to undertake further study or career in Social Science, Community Services, Youth Work, advocacy or social justice are warmly encouraged to attend this unique opportunity.
