Many Thanks

I would like to sincerely thanks all members

( parents and staff) of our Rollins School Council for their work during 2020. Although it was an interrupted year  with COVID-19 we managed to conduct all our meetings and continue to plan and review all happenings in the school. A very special thanks to our School Council president, Erin McGill, for her continued support. Erin was extremely supportive during our major Capital Works project.

Many thanks to all members for donating their time to help improve the academic, social  and emotional outcomes for all Rollins students.

Transition Days at Rollins

Monday 7th December and Tuesday 8th December

Students on Rollins Campus 2021

8.57-Music – students go to normal rooms and teachers mark roll

9.05- Students go to new grade area assembly with this year’s teacher.

Teachers then move to their  new grade area assembly where students will be  given a temporary grade for the day.

The aim of the 2 days is for  students to meet the teachers in their area next year, become familiar with where to line up, place their bags and get a general idea of how the year will unfold in terms of learning and activities. Please note that this is not the grade students will be in in 2021.

Current Grade 6 students will go to the Foundation rooms.

Grade 4 Batesford students coming in from Batesford for Transition can meet in the new sitting area between the 2 buildings

Students at Batesford Campus 2021

Students who will be attending the Batesford Campus in 2021 should be dropped off and collected from the Batesford Campus. Batesford Hours are- 8.45-3.15pm.

Update COVID-19

  1. Drink taps in the school can be used (These have been flushed out ready for use)
  2. Students can enter and exit the school via any of the 2 gates (still only 2 gates open)
  3. Icy Poles sold on Tuesdays and Thursdays are $1 and change can now be given. It would be great if students had the exact money as the queue can move much quicker.
