Welcome back children and families to a new year of OSHC. The children have started the year off well and our Foundation Students have joined in seamlessly. 

A note regarding hats. Students can now have their own hat for OSHC and therefore leave their school hats at school. Please bring a named, sun smart hat with a wide brim that we can leave here for anytime they come to OSHC. 

For any enquires, please contact us by SMS or email. Enquiries will be answered during OSHC hours. We are looking forward to a fun and busy year and have lots of activities planned.  Also make sure that you log into your My Family Lounge Account as occasionally there will be some photos taken of your child/ren taken during OSHC with an explanation of what they are up to. Sometimes this involves making a mess but always having fun. 

Enrolment and Booking Procedure

It is important that you read the information on our website under the OSHC tab which includes the Parent Handbook, Enrolment Form and booking procedures.  Please complete an OSHC Enrolment Form (one for each child) before making a booking.  All children must be enrolled (separate to a school enrolment) before being able to access the service. Should you have any questions about the service, please contact Kim Barker our OSHC Co-Ordinator as per the contact details noted below. 

Enrolment forms are available on our website or a hard copy can be requested at the office.

Accounts

Accounts will be emailed to families fortnightly. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice by direct deposit into the school's bank as follows:

Account Name:  Teesdale Primary School

Important: in the reference field, please include your surname and OSHC. 

Example: Smith OSHC

As advised at the end of last year, School Council has approved an increase to fees. This is in-line with the fees charged by other OSHC services in our region and ensures the viability of our service.  Should you have any financial difficultly, please contact Mr Irwin to discuss your particular situation.
