We kicked off the term with our VCE Media Screening in Create Week, showcasing the marvellous films created by our Year 12 and Year 11 media students. Our Year 12 graduates donned their finest to walk the red carpet in celebration of their achievements this year. Congratulations to our award winners; Ella Conroy (Best Picture), Mia Artmstrong (Best Mise-en-scene), Dexter Shackleton (Best Director), and Alicia Ross Smith (Best Cinematography).

Emceed by our 2023 Arts Captain Ruby Elliott, our Year 7 and Year 8 full year level bands brought the house down with their rendition of Yothu Yindi’s ‘Treaty’, and White Stripes ‘Seven Nation Army’. Our Year 7 Extension Band’s performance of OutKast’s ‘Hey Ya’, and their collaboration with the Hip Hop Crew on Baker Boy’s ‘In Control’ energised the audience.
