Principal's Message

Mrs Kaileen Carr

Welcome back everyone. It has been lovely catching up with students and hearing about all the wonderful things they have done over the holiday period. The school has started the year really settled and the students are hard at work in the classrooms.

Thank you to everyone for joining Sentral Parent Portal. This will be a great way for the school to communicate with our parent community. If you haven't joined please call the office and they will support you through the process of joining.

I am looking forward to welcoming our new Kinders tomorrow for the first full day at big school. I am also looking forward to meeting parents as you drop your child at school.

A couple of reminders as we return:

  1. Please ensure you do not park in the disabled parking space across the road from the school unless you have permission to do so. The council parking rangers frequently drive past the school ensuring all parents are following the parking rules.
  2. If you park across the road and walk across to the school to collect your child please ensure you use the school crossing once you have picked up your child.
  3. Family holidays - The Department of Education encourages families to take holidays during term breaks. If this is totally unavoidable please see the office and complete an Application for extended leave - Travel form.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any concerns. I can be contacted through the school office.
