With so many eggs produced by our chickens, we enjoyed using them in fried rice, quiches and muffins. Students also loved the wonton making sessions using spinach and spring onions from the garden. 

 

3A students assisted in the making of over 300 sweet mini muffins that were served up during the Brookside Community Festival.
