2022 End of Term 4/Year End Tuesday 20th December at 1.15pm
2023 School Returns
Year 1-9 Students Monday 30th January 2023 at 8.50am
Prep Students Monday 6th February 2023 at 8.50am
Absences: please remember to provide an explanation for any absence before 8.50am on the day or prior to the absence via the Compass Parent Portal https://brooksidecollege-vic.compass.education or call the Absence Line 7379 1556.
If your child will not be at school on the first day of 2023, please contact the Attendance Office to log this absence.
Extended Absences: for an extended absence of more than 10 days, parents/carers must complete an Extended Absence Form for approval by the Principal prior to the absence. Forms are located on Compass School Documentation or available from the office.
Early Departures: please pre-arrange any early departures in advance (preferably in the morning) and keep them to a minimum to minimise disruption to your child and their teacher. When a child is leaving school early, the parent/carer is required to advise the Attendance Office by calling in advance and attending the office to sign their child out via the office located in the main building.
