Food Tech
Year 7 Food Technology students created a healthy lunchbox by including three to four main food groups as recommended by the Australian Guide to Healthy Eating. They planned and prepared their chosen recipes during the lesson and came up with some amazing creations. Students made fried rice, stir fry, Sheppard’s pie, souvlaki, lots of different types of wholemeal wraps, pasta bake and even tried making sushi. They were very artistic with their presentations and did a commendable job.
