Bird Business with Miss Bridget Finch

This year for Leisure & Recreational Pursuits (LARP) ten students worked with me learning about our local birds, observing behaviour, taking photos and sketching birds. The most common bird around the school at the moment seems to be musk lorikeets - they love the bottlebrush flowers and let us get up nice and close. The school pigeons were also very obliging, so everybirdy managed to take a good photograph of a bird, frame them and take them home to share. 

Thanks to my fellow bird nerds, it was great fun sharing my passion with you!
