Residential

Residential Manager

On Monday next week we warmly welcome Kristine Van to our College as Residential Manager. Darryl McCart is returning for a couple of days to conduct a handover. Thank you to Megan Lawrie for acting in the Residential Manager position for the last 2 weeks.

College Ball

The College Ball is quickly approaching and we have had fantastic numbers sign up for the event.

The Ball  will be held at the Pan Pacific Perth, Grand River Ballroom. A pre-dinner gathering will be held from 6.30pm in the foyer for students and parents. This is a great opportunity for photos. Also, thank you to Terri Tholstrup for arranging the separate Parent function.

Tickets are $100 per person which are available from Admin and can be charged to student accounts. If students are bringing a partner who does not attend the College, they must complete a Guest Agreement Form. These are available from Admin.

The Pan Pacific is now booked out for accommodation, an alternative hotel for you to look at is the Duxton Hotel, Perth. The Pan Pacific has provided reassurance to the College that their health and hygiene practices are more than adequate to ensure student safety.

Students are reminded that this is a College event and College rules apply. Any students suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be refused entry or removed from the event, parents contacted and be required to be picked up immediately.

Closed Weekend

A reminder that the residential facility is closed the Weekend of the College Ball. All students are to return after 4pm on Sunday 29th August.

Securing Belongings

We have had an increase in students reporting belongings that have gone missing from their rooms. Students are encouraged to secure valuables in their lockable safe. Any safes that require maintenance are to be reported to Melissa or Kelly in Student Services and belongings can be stored in the front office for safekeeping until the safe is fixed/replaced.

Students found to have removed or stolen any other students items will have consequences applied.

Special Dinner

There is a special dinner next Monday. Students will be enjoying College reared steaks and raising money for Farmers Across Boarders drought relief.
