Book Week

This term we look forward to celebrating Book Week. This years theme is "Old World, New Worlds, Other Worlds. 

Planning is underway for what will be a great week. Our classes will begin by reading and critiquing nominated books and doing activities linked to the books. 

During Book Week we have invited an organisation called "Nature Play " to our school. 

They will  transform our school grounds into the perfect setting for worldly beings of all ages to explore outdoor learning and literature connections.

Students will use hand-held GPS devices to undertake a geocaching adventure and locate hidden treasures linked to ‘five-minute’ literacy challenges in this dynamic, fast-paced event. 

We are really looking forward to this new experience.

We will also be having our parade, lunch time library activities and a range of other fun things happening. We will keep you posted....
