Sport and competition

We made it with yet another few twists added to our sporting term. Congratulations to all our students and staff that were involved in the sport program this term – you have represented MGSC with pride!

Due to the lockdown and restrictions that were in place, the year 7 and 8 winter round robins have been postponed to Friday 16 July as a combined day. This means that students will thankfully still have the opportunity to represent the college in their sport which is a great outcome for all.

Details regarding the combined round robin day will be emailed to the relevant students so please ensure that you read it carefully and that students are provided with consent 24 hours before the competition day.

Regional Finals in Term 3

A number of our term 2 sports have qualified to compete in the Southern Metropolitan regional finals. These dates are listed below but further information will be provided closer to the time.

I would like to wish all members of our MGSC community a safe and relaxing break and look forward to many more sporting achievements to report on in term 3!
