STEM Drone Club​

The College STEM Drone Club had it first official meeting this week. Students flew their own drones around a simple course and it was wonderful to see the piloting skills of our inaugural members. We will get together again next week at the same time in the Gym.

Next year the College hopes to buy its own set of drones that the students can use. We hope to have the students use coding to program the drones to fly in formation and solve problems collaboratively. When we have our drones next year we will also start drone racing with a view to eventually building our own drones.
