April Vacation Care

Bookings open on Monday 18th March for the April Vacation Care program

We have some amazing parks visits this holidays and many other great incursions days

We do have limited numbers each day and January’s program filled up fast

Please make sure you deliver your forms to the OSHC program directly or email them to wheelershilloshc@gmail.com

Booking forms sent to the office will be given back to the children.

OSHC Invoices and CCS issues

We are currently still working on getting the attendances records correct for Centrelink with the changes to times of arrivals and leaving needing to be manually entered.

We will have electronic sign-in for the Vacation Care Program and the start of term 2

Please keep an eye on your “My Gov” account as you may need to approve your enrolments again. We are hoping to have this fixed soon.

Invoices for the first 3 weeks of school will be emailed out on Monday 11th or Tuesday 12th

The direct debit system has been held up to ensure we are not taking incorrect amounts from people’s accounts.

Can you please make current payments via the payment slips attached and we will have the details of the direct debit system to you very shortly.
