Mathematics

Well it certainly hasn’t been the Term 3 that we were hoping for. Having said that, the Maths staff have been incredibly proud of the students at Henry Kendall HS who have overcome many obstacles, to make the most of their education this term. We have been genuinely impressed with the quality of the work that has been submitted and very pleased with the thoughtful questions that are being asked.

Special mention must go to our wonderful Year 12 students who have had their HSC preparations interrupted at the absolute worst time. The way that you have all acknowledged the difficult circumstances but persevered to work toward your HSC has been a credit to you all.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all of the Maths Teachers who have been working tirelessly to develop quality learning activities, provide valuable feedback and check-in on the wellbeing of students. Just as it is very difficult for students at the moment, it is also challenging for teachers. Furthermore, I would like to thank our Student Services Team who have gone above and beyond to support many students in many ways. I hope our students appreciate how fortunate they are to have so many dedicated staff working with them.

My best wishes to our entire Henry Kendall High School community. We are very much looking forward to the time that we can all be back together.

Take care.
