Confirmation Reflection Day

The Year 6 students attended a Reflection Day at the Mackillop Centre in East Melbourne.

They explored the life of Mary Mackillop, the first Australian Catholic saint and how she displayed the gifts and fruits of the Holy Spirit in her life.

They also visited the Mary Glowrey Centre to learn about her life.

The feedback from the students was positive as they enjoyed this experience and would recommend it for the Year 6 students next year!

The Sacrament of Confirmation

A massive congratulations to the Year Six students who received the Sacrament of Confirmation at Sts Peter and Paul church last Friday 14th July. Many thanks to their teachers, Mr. Paddy Edwards, Mr. Richard Harding and their families and sponsors who prepared the children for this sacrament. A special thanks to the catechist Sue Kidd from Sts Peter and Paul as well as Fr’s. Paul Cahill and Gary Devery, who concelebrated at the Mass with Bishop Anthony Ireland. It was a reverent and special celebration.
