Indonesian Cooking

In the last week of Term 2, LHS Indonesian students cooked up a storm – Indonesian Fried Rice to be specific.  Many students had never cooked at school before, let alone cooking an Indonesian dish.

We – Bu Rowson and Pak Ó – would like to congratulate all students involved and sincerely thank, Ms Marshall, Mr Chalmers and the rest of the Food Studies team, without whom this memorable day would not have been possible!

Pada minggu terakhir masa pelajaran kedua, para pelajar Bahasa Indonesia LHS semuanya memasak dengan penuh semangat suatu hidangan khas Nusantara – yaitu nasi goreng bergaya Indonesia. Memang banyak di antaranya yang belum pernah memasak di sekolah, apalagi ala Indonesia. Kami – Bu Rowson dan Pak Ó – ingin mengucapkan selamat kepada setiap siswa atas pengikutsertaanya, serta mengucapkan terima kasih banyak kepada Mbak Marshall, Pak Chalmers & anggota-anggota Ilmu Pangan lain yang memungkinkan hari yang tak akan dilupakan ini!

LHS students are you interested in visiting Paris and our sister school in northern France in late March - early April 2020?

For Parents/Guardians and students, if you missed the Information Evening on Wednesday 24 July, we are now asking for a non refunded deposit of $500 by Wednesday 31 July, to secure a place on the trip.
