St Bede's New App

Following on from the launch of the new College website we are pleased to announce the launch of the new St Bede’s College App. The App is available in both iOS and Google Android format and intended to provide easy and accessible links to information and resources regarding the College. The App allows you to configure notifications to be sent from the College reminding you of important events.

Please find information regarding the App in the attachment below. The App can be installed by either searching for it on the relevant App store for your phone, or by a link on the sidebar of the College Website. Please feel free to give feedback on the App (or website) including suggested enhancements through the email address website@stbedes.catholic.edu.au

Life Drawing Classes

• We run 3 life drawing sessions annually for VCE students

• Well-known Melbourne artist and life drawing specialist Linda Robertson is invited to lead the sessions alongside St Bede’s College VCE Art teachers Paul Morrison and Shaun Harper

• Tertiary entrance to Art related courses is largely determined through folio submission, and a good Life Drawing folio shows maturity in students’ work and is a great advantage

Parking

Parents, there has been a noteable increase in cars entering the staff carpark area at drop off / pick up times.   

The College requests that you only enter the grounds if your child is unable to walk or is injured.  This is seen as an OH&S issue.  Please respect that staff and children are at risk of being hurt.  

Drop off / pick up is to be outside the College grounds or across the road at the beach.
