Vacation Care 17th - 28th April
Hi Clovelly Park families! This is a quick message regarding OSHC and our Vacation Care service. Throughout the upcoming school holidays, we will be running a Vacation Care program with lots of fun activities at school, including some interesting incursions and excursions which we hope to confirm ASAP. Vacation Care is a good time for children to interact with their peers over the break from school, and try some fun and new activities.
The service is open 7:00am-6:00pm on weekdays (Closed on Public Holidays), at a cost of $55 per child per session for standard days and $65 per child per session for days where we have excursions. Bookings are open on the FullyBooked website, and can be made up until Thursday 6 April. The OSHC program is being worked on, and the aim is to have it completed ASAP so that bookings can be made based on the daily activity. On days where there are no incursion or excursions, there will still be really fun days where we run themed activities.
A nutritious afternoon snack is provided at approximately 3:30-4:00pm. As it is just a snack, we still recommend that you pack enough food for your children to eat throughout the day. Once your enrolment form has been received, you will need to meet with the OSHC Director to ensure all information has been supplied. Once your enrolment has been confirmed, you will be notified that you are able to book your child into the service.
A reminder that all Medical plans and documentation are required prior to an enrolment being accepted. All documents and medications must be in date for children to continue to access the service.
