Principal's Report
Dear Parents and Carers,
Firstly let me thank each and every one of you for the support you have given us as we go through this time of lockdown. We find ourselves living in an uncertain time again as the Delta variant of COVID 19 continues to spread throughout our world.
Over the past two weeks, we have changed from learning at school to connected learning at home. This has taken a great deal of resilience, courage, patience and determination. The whole community, students, teachers, parents and carers have played their part in making this transition, although not perfect, one where learning and wellbeing continue to be at the core of what we do.
Our thoughts and prayers are with our Year 12 students as they navigate through Trial Exams online and complete major projects. Below is a prayer shared by Catholic Schools NSW and we offer this prayer for HSC students, who are completing the Trial HSC Examinations to encourage and support them in their educational journey.
Lord, pour out your Spirit of Wisdom on Year 12 students,
help them to remain calm and confident,
to attend carefully to the questions asked,
to think clearly, to remember accurately,
and to express themselves well.
Grant that they may reflect on the best of the learning they have done
and the best of the teaching they have received from their teachers.
May your love be upon them, O Lord,
as they place all their trust in you.
We ask this through Christ our Lord.
