Keeping Active

Students are continuing to keep active through following their timetables which incorporate exercise, participating in the Daily and Weekly Challenges and any other activities they choose. 

Exercise is so beneficial for both mental and physical health so it is good to see students continuing to keep active.  

 

 

Weekly Challege

We had some active participants in the challenge to walk/run 250km. Riding a bike meant it would be 500km. Here are some of our team's efforts.

MOVING TOGETHER: The small group at school along with Mr Roff and some other teachers hit their target this week.
