Teaching and Learning at St B’s

The past fortnight has been a very productive one for our amazing learners across the school. Preps have been working as scientists to explore floating and sinking. The juniors have been busy designers, wait until you see what they have created! Projects that move! Our middle students have enhanced their aboriginal and Torres straight islander perspectives through learning about dance, art, celebration and language. Our leaders of the student in the senior area are adding the final touches to their history projects and we can’t wait to read their masterpieces. 

We had cricket experts in to support the prep and junior students last week. Next week the seniors will commence their transition program and will be supported by their home room teachers as well as other teaching staff. 

Today at the playgroup session parents were provided information about early childhood schemas. There was a rich discussion held with families about all the wonderful play experiences we can identify in everyday movements of their child.
