SunSmart in Term One
In Term One all students are requested to wear their wide brimmed hats outside during play times as well as during Sport sessions.

This includes absences and after school pickup & bus changes.
Please be patient if a reply has not been received immediately.
Student Absence
A friendly reminder, if your child/ren will be absent from school, it is important you email this information to the school office on admin@shcorrong.catholic.edu.au as soon as practical on the day of absence.
In the event that a child/ren have been marked absent and no confirmation email or phone call has been received by the Parent/Carer, in line with the School Attendance Policy a follow up phone call will be made to the Parents/Carers ensure your child/ren will be away.

Payment of School Fees and Levies
Sacred Heart School, we are aware that families have a range of financial needs however this is a friendly reminder that all school fees are expected to be paid by the end of the school year being the 16th December 2022, unless discussed otherwise.

2023 Fees and Levies
Payment Options
All fees and levies are emailed to the family debtor/s on a monthly basis.
The school provides a number of options for the payment of school fees and levies.
Payment in Full: – Fees paid in full at the beginning of the school year.
Payment per Term: – Fees paid at the beginning of each term with the final payment due by the end of 4th Term.
Direct Debit: – Payments made weekly or fortnightly from your nominated bank account.
Direct Credit: – Payments may be made directly to the school bank account via online banking. Please use your last name as a reference. Banking details are available on your recent Fee Statement.
