Election Day Bake Sale
Sue and all her wonderful helpers put on a magnificent bake sale at St Ignatius Church on the weekend! I want to extend a huge and heartfelt thank you to all the mums and senior kids that helped make it such a special occasion. The kids made all the signs and were helping sales by holding people's position in the que so they could peruse the bake stall. One member of our community was so impressed by their outstanding behaviour that they came over and donated $100!! We even aired on Sunrise during the 8am broadcast with Sue being interviewed by Sarah Jane!
Overall a top effort for our school fundraising and a wonderful way to have a positive presence in the community.
Christmas Raffle
The end of term is fast approaching which means it's Christmas Raffle time!! Ticket booklets went out last week and extra tickets can be purchased from the office. Please remember to put your childs name clearly on each ticket and not just on the front ticket of the book!
Donations are rolling in which is so wonderful, but if you haven't yet, Julie will gladly receive them at the office before 12 December. If you are available to help make up the hampers with Sophie, please reach out to her over the coming fortnight.
Trinity Primary School Fete - April 1 2023
Planning has commenced for this amazing event. Thank you very much to all of the volunteers who have put their hand up already. It's going to take a mighty team effort to pull off a wonderfully successful day and I'm so delighted with the level of interest and buzz from our parenting community already.
At the commencement of term 1 we will start having committee meetings to start bringing all of our ideas to life. In the meantime however, if you do have an idea/s regarding the day, or have contacts that you think may be helpful eg business sponsorship, donations, volunteering time etc please drop me a line on jennelles007@gmail.com
Many thanks and Merry Christmas,
Jenny
