Regional PD Logistics

October 14th Regional PD
Hello Aspire CCPA,
Here are some logistics to prepare for our Regional PD at Aspire Pacific and Ollin. Please review them below and reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
Parking Details:
- Team members will report and park at CCPA. Team members must arrive before 7:15 am. Please be on time so that we can arrive to APA/OUP on time. Buses are leaving at 7:30am sharp.
- We will be boarding the buses in front of Aspire Titan. The buses will have signs that say Titan on it, please board one of them.
- All team members must ride the bus to APA/OUP, parking is limited only to APA and OUP staff
- Buses will leave each school site at 7:30 am and will return to 3:45 pm
Regional PD Logistics:
- Light breakfast (muffins, orange juice, fruit and coffee) will be served between 8:00am - 8:30am
- We will promptly start the day at 8:30am
- LAUSD require PD participation information during school oversite visits. At all tables in the morning there will be a sign-in sheet. Please sign in upon arrival

Our Regional Leaders are asking ALL teammates to not attend different afternoon sessions than the one you are signed up for. All sessions were capped at 25 people, not including the facilitator(s). They are also asking team members to wear your Black LA Region T-shirt given at the first Regional PD day, or, another Aspire T-Shirt.
