I am pleased to inform the College community that Mr Chase recently appointed a select number of Year 12 boys to Co-curricular leadership roles given we have now commenced the 2021 Co-curricular year. Ms Daley then presented these students with a badge at their PCP that they now proudly wear on their Black ties:

These young men are to be congratulated on their appointments and at the same time acknowledged for the wonderful contributions they have made to their chosen area of interest over several years. I am confident that they will not only lead their respective teams well, but they will also prove to be excellent ambassadors for the College and shining role models for our younger boys to follow.

COVID-19 Protocols – Thank you

I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank the parents, students and the wider College community who have adhered to the protocols put in place over the last two weeks. As many are aware, the protocols in relation to support has varied from school to school. Parents have been very understanding despite the inconvenience, particularly when it comes to having their other children supervised while one son plays. Please note that Mr Calavassy and Mr Locke will continue to keep the community updated on the protocols that we need to follow when attending home and away fixtures. Not all schools will have the same protocols so I encourage you to read the relevant documentation on a week-to-week basis. You will find this information on Team app so please ensure you check each week in the lead up to Saturday fixtures.

Theatresports

Yesterday I had the good fortune to watch members of the Junior Secondary team take part in a Theatresports competition with schools such as Sydney Grammar and St Andrew’s. Considering the great talent on display, the boys did very well to finish fourth on the day. The boys’ abilities to adapt to an impromptu performance in a matter of moments was incredible to watch. Yesterday’s fine performance has resulted in our team advancing to the next round of the competition. They are scheduled to perform this Friday via Zoom and I take this opportunity to wish Benjamin Chase, Nate Tucker, Dashiell Guilly, Daniel Ayoub, Thomas Nethery, Matthew Habib and coaches Ms Duff and Mr Donohoe the best of luck.
