Primary School News

Mr Liam Beatty, Head of Primary School

Dear Primary Families

Welcome back to Term 4. I hope the recent Spring Break allowed you to spend some quality time with your loved ones.

It was wonderful to catch up with so many of our families at our Parent/Teacher/Student Interviews today. These interviews are an important part of the academic culture of the school and an integral part of the feedback process. This process will continue online on Tuesday 11 October.

Track and Field

Well done to our Primary track and field athletes who have been training hard over the holidays ahead of this week’s AIC Track and Field Championship. We wish them the very best of luck.

Green Thumbs Celebration

The ‘Green Thumbs’ gardening club do a wonderful job at maintaining our Primary Garden. Under the watchful eye of Mrs Rhonda Carson, the boys develop important skills of stewardship that contribute positively to the primary community. At the end of last term, the boys came together for a special lunch where they were able to sample some of the fruits (or veggies) of their labour.

Congratulations to the following boys who have been selected to represent the College at this week’s AIC Track and Field Championships. Many of these boys gave up their holiday time to continue with their preparations. We wish these boys all the best.
