NEW - Mooroopna Cats Netball
It's that time of year again that we need to start thinking about netball for 2019.
A registration form is attached, please fill out and return at the following registration date:
- Wednesday February 20th 2019 at Mooroopna Netball Courts 4.30pm to 6pm.
Please carefully read the information page also attached, it contains all you need to know about netball for 2019 at this stage.
Things to do:
- complete and return registration form
- pay club fees of $70
- pay VNA fees of $66 or $56

Mooroopna Girl Guides
Tatura Junior Netball
Tatura junior netball selections will be held on Tuesday 12 & Thursday 14 February 2019 from 6 PM at the Tatura netball complex at Hastie Street, Tatura. A third night on Tuesday 19 February 2019 will be held if necessary. Teams will be selected for 11 & Under Primary, 13 & Under Primary, 13 & Under, 15 & Under, 17 & Under and Open.
We invite all existing players back for 2019 and encourage new players interested in playing netball this year to come along. Please ensure you registered with Netball Victoria.

Mooroopna & Tatura Swimming Lessons
Aquamoves are running swim lessons at Tatura Pool of a Tuesday between 4pm and 6pm and Mooroopna of a Wednesday also between 4pm and 6pm. We will be happy to offer more times if the demand is there.

Goulburn Valley Hockey Association initiatives for 2019
1) We had a very successful Hooked@Hockey program in term 3 last year that we are following up on a Stick 2 Hockey program for term 1. This will be a twilight competition for all those that have done the Hooked2Hockey program starting on the 22nd Febuary at 5.30pm- 6.30, for 6 weeks ending on the 29th March. There will be coaching for the first 30 mins with games for the last 30 mins. The only fee for this would be the registration with hockey Victoria . Fees are listed in the attached flyers.
2) Goulburn Valley Hockey Association are developing a female pathway to encourage more girls to pick up and stick with the sport. We are holding a Free girls clinic on Sunday 3rd March from 11 - 12 targeted at U12 girls. We then intend to followed this up with an U12 Girls competition.
3) Following up on the Girls just want to have fun day, we are planing on holding a Girls only U12 hockey competition for 2019. The first half of the season will be a "rock up & play", where we will make up teams on the day of 6 per side and play on half fields. These will be coached with some of our senior girls, who will run drills before the games. (We plan to make up teams in the second half of the year and make it a comp). These games will be run on a Saturday Morning at around 10.00am - 11.00am. (times still to be confirmed)
4) U 10 mixed competition on a 1/4 field , played at around 10.00am to 11.00am (times still to be confirmed)
