EXAMS

VCE EXAM PROTOCOL

Students need to arrive at school in good time for your exam.

All exams will be in APAC 1 (Drama room).

There will be seating plan before each exam, which will be displayed in the Study Centre

Students are required to be in FULL SCHOOL UNIFORM.

All students to meet in the Study Centre 15 mins before this will give you ample time to prepare and move down to the exam room (8.30am onwards).

Students are allowed to bring in a plastic pocket or zip lock bag (NEED TO BE TRANSPARENT) with the following BASIC stationary:

PENS, PENCILS, HIGHLIGTERS, ERASERS, SHARPERNERS, RULERS

Water may be brought into exam but at no times should the bottle be:

• Placed on the exam table at any time
• Refilled during the exam
• Shared with other students

All bottles need to be transparent and in a plastic bottle and is no more than 1500ml.

Students are not permitted to bring into the examination room:

• Mobile phones
• Any electronic devices
• Correction fluid
• Textbooks (unless these are listed as approved materials)
• Notes
• Loose sheets of blank paper

ALL WATCHES MUST BE REMOVED AND PLACED AT THE TOP OF STUDENTS TABLE.
