Student Absences
Absent all day?
Parents to enter approval directly into compass by 9:15am (this can also be done in advance) OR phone the school office on 9578 1327 and leave a message on option # 1.
*Automated text messages are now sent daily to both parents of all students who have been marked absent without parent approval.
Covid Absences
If your child is unable to attend school due to Covid for any reason, please inform the office in writing as soon as possible so the correct attendance can be recorded. The school must record these absences differently. Reasons are because they are isolating due to testing positive/are a close contact or you have made a personal choice to keep your child home because of medical risk or covid concerns for your family.
Arriving late?
When you arrive to school, the student must be signed IN at the school office by the parent/carer prior to going to class. This can not be done in advance or from the parent portal.
Leaving early?
During Covid-19 times, Parents are asked to call 5-10 minutes prior to picking up heir child to ensure they are ready and waiting in the office.
Parent/Carers are asked not to go to the classrooms.
Parent/Carers must sign the student OUT at the school office. This can not be done in advance or from the parent portal.
Please Note - Students must be signed in or out by a parent or legal guardian over the age of 18 years. Students are not permitted to sign themselves in/out of school.

Taste Galore - Tuesday & Friday
As of Term 2, Taste Galore will now accepting orders up until 8am on Tuesdays and Fridays.- Online orders must be processed by 8:00am the day of required order.
- Cancellations must be processed via app by 8:30am the day of required order.

Please find attached a video from PSW which briefly outlines the “hows” of uniform supply for back to school and includes basic information for new parents including out Covid Safe Plan, Click & Collect and online fitting sessions.

Due to the Covid protocols in place, in-store logistics may result in long delays. PSW are recommending ordering early with the Click & Collect option to avoid disappointment.
