Dear Parent/Carer, Please read the information in the letter below. Contact the school on 5996 0144  by 30th of April 2021 if you do not want your contact details given to the City of Casey immunisation service.Your child will be bringing home the consent card this weekwhich is to be returned by the 30th of April 2021 regardless of consent. To learn more about the Secondary School Vaccine Program, the vaccines, the diseases they protect against, or how you can prepare your child for vaccination, go to betterhealth.vic.gov.au
