Around The School

ANZAC Day Service

The School community participated in our annual ANZAC Day service today. It was wonderful to join together this year, after being in lockdown at this time during 2020.

What a wonderful service to remember, with thanksgiving, those who made the supreme sacrifice for us in time of war. We were joined by Bob Johnson (ex-service) from the Moama RSL Sub Branch who shared his families, and his personal story of time at war. He spoke on loss, sacrifice and what it can mean to be a service man or woman in today’s times.

Our student leaders represented our school with pride and paid respect to the fallen.

Thank you to our Parents and Friends who created wreaths for today’s service and the community services on Sunday.

Lest We Forget.
